Avidity Capital charges a flat advisory fee paid directly by clients and accepts no commissions, referral fees, or revenue-sharing from real estate sponsors, DST issuers, qualified intermediaries, or any third party.

That structural independence lets us recommend what actually fits the family — including, often, continuing to hold the farm exactly as it is. For many families, that's the right answer. We'll tell you that directly when it applies.
